fuel filter change

I'm changing the fuel filters next week. The one under the hood looks easy, but I'm not sure about the one under the truck.

Is there a good write-up on the procedure (for the 6.4L)?? I can't find one. Not sure of what exactly is needed to do. Is it simply a matter of removing the old and putting in the new one?

There are 2 lines coming in to the one under the truck, do they need to be pinched to prevent fuel from flowing out??
