Have you tried the Autometer filters? I'm sure Ford Forgotton will have some suggestions as he's a lighting mad scientist

hahahaha, by default, cobalts are already blue, however they sell litlle rubber boots that you put OVER the factory bulbs to change the colors.

If your talking about the DASH gauges, then you have to tear the dash apart, remove the needles, peel the overlay off, scrub the green off with nail polish remover, and then recolor with a marker.

Ooops. I just re-read my last post, and I think I need to clarify.

The COBALTS are BLUE LEDs. The cobalts cannot change colors. OTHER autometer gauges, that use regular bulbs, you CAN change the color by using the colored rubber boots.

Try Egauges.com they have LED replacements for most of the bulb sizes that are used in gauges.

I bought my red LED bulbs from ITPdiesel.com 2.00 a light they are awesome.

i get my leds from superbrightleds.com... great prices. i used the wide angle ones with the invertered tip. have some more stuff coming in from them this week, gonna see if the multi-led bulb replacements do any good in my phantoms. the ones i have are fine but i like to play.
