Headlight Assembly, Replacing Bulbs

I need to replace an outer running light in my headlight assembly. I am not seeing how to get to the bulb or how to remove the headlight assembly. I searched the forums and came up with nothing.
I have a 2000 Excursion PSD.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Between the bumper, and the light housing, there are two screws. Once you remove theose screws, the whole light assembly comes out. It may take a little force and jiggling.

Once the housing is free, you simply change the bulb. Installation is opposite of removal, but more of a pain trying to get that screw back in between the bumper and housing.
