Don't let the environmental whackos hear about that mileage, Robert.

You'll be pilloried for driving a 'gas guzzler'.

Though most of the whackos wouldn't know about towing, think we should all drive hybrids, and wouldn't know about running biodiesel even if Willie Nelson came up and kicked them in their sorry arses.

How do I get 13 mpg towing? Downhill, with a 30 mph tailwind. Guess those 3.73 gears don't help much. :D

Hmmm thats great Robert. We have been averaging around 13.8 but our 5th wheel is a lot lighter than yours. Our 5th wheel is only about 10,000 lbs. and that is pulling at 1750 rpm, which is a about 64 mph. Best is 15.3 with a side/tail wind, and worse so far is 10.0 in a direct headwind.
You are doing great. :hail

The only time I get 13.1 is when I run 60 MPH with out the RV.
Don't know why they did the reflash on my truck and took my
MPG's away. They say they can't do anything about it now.

i firmly believe the 6.0 likes to turn higher rpms to make MPG's
i give wd40 alot of grief, he has the exact same truck cept for the rear gears
his is 4.10 and ours is 4.30
he even pulled the same dyno numbers in emory a year or so ago with the same driver ME :tounge

we both got high frontal drag rv's and i just keep kicking tail :stir:stir
but his truck is so much nicer looking :hail
the razorback license plate is holding him back :lmao
