Just returned from another successful hunt for Blue's in West Texas.
Took my son and two of my buddies for one last end of the season hunt.
We had a blast...........!!!
Bird dogs are useless for these birds as they do not stick like bobwhites and they can out run a greyhound.
Our mod of transportation was a 1949 Willix jeep with a rebuilt Buick engine. Its ugly but we didn't have to worry about scratching it up.
We learned the hard way last year that foam filled tires are a must.
