inverter remote turn on?

My inverter TheInverterStore.com - AIMS 1250 Watt Power Inverter 12 Volt has a remote on/off switch option. It looks like a household phone jack. The switch they offer for it is something only a BAMA could love (see here) TheInverterStore.com - AIMS Remote on/off Switch- I found another one with the same jack from a different manufacturer here - http://www.12vautotech.com/RS808-9500.html Does anyone have a clue if the switches with the phone jack are all the same?

Or does anyone know what wires do what on the remotes so I could just pick my own switch???

I can't tell if they are the same type of switches, but I can tell you that they are low voltage and low current switched. These switched turn on a solid state device that turns on/off the inverter. These switches are <30vdc and under an amp in current draw.
