My local Ford Dealer just took delivery of a 2011 and he called me this morning for a test drive. (There are perks for designing his buildings...).
All I can say is it is pretty sweet! You cannot hear it, you would swear it is not a Diesel. (Larger fuel filler door is a dead give away).
The dang think is fast out of the box! Very little turbo lag, and pushes you into the seat. Does not feel like a diesel on accell.
Supposed to be apx 22 mpg. I guess we will see how that works out as well.
Very comfy interior, a little strange center section of the leather seats, but i'm sure it will grow on one, just like the two-tone seats in Rach's Excursion did.
All in All, it will be very interesting to see how this one works out. Very sweet truck.
