logged in but not logged in????????????

ok well no idea what the issue is but everytime i try to log in here and at OB on any computer but mine at home it takes like 10-15 trys before it works.itll say "thank you for logging in,94f450sd" but im not logged in.is it something with the other computers im useing or an issue with the 2 sites?
