Question Mirror Upgrade wiring

hey all-

to those who upgraded to turn signal mirrors, where did you tap the turn signal source from?

as far as the defrost circuit, anyone have a nice OEM type solution for a switch?

i think CHP suggested a defrost switch from a taurus. problem is, no junk yards near to go shopping at.
