Multi-position Chip?

I got my pcm back from Jody and can't figure out how to get the knob off so I can mount the switch. The instructions say the knob is held in place with a set screw, which I can't find. There is a hole in the side of the knob, but I don't see any kind of screw down in there. I've tried just screwing it off but don't want to break anything by turning it to hard. Any ideas on how this thing works? I kwnow the easy way is to just call Jody but I don't want to wait till Monday.
Also Jody sent me an aluminum knob, and I would rather have the Black one. Is this a common knob I can find at a parts store?

Ok problem solved, please don't laugh.

I still would like to know where I might find a Black knob for the switch though.

Radio Shack or another electronic specialty store has all kinds of knobs...

or maybe scuff it up a bit and spray paint it...
