hey guys my 02 x went to shop today been having surging problems had recall fixed no fix pulled camper today loss of power just like u turned key off after extensive tests at dealership they say i need turbo and up pipes replaced and also icp control module cost of 2800 they say up pipes are leaking idont mind paying they say this will cure problems ijust need somone besides dealership say this could cause problems 95k recently installed 4inch turbo back mbrp system and superchips micro tuner need help quick they want okay to start repairs codes read by chip 1211 0603 thanks u guys are great

P0603 Internal Control Module KAM Error

your superchips tuner could be setting the 1211 code.

the 603 means nothing to me, just that you have keep alive memory (kam)
code setting issues (id clear it and see if it came back)...this too could
be from your super chips tuner.

not alot to go on...maybe someone else will chime in.
unless your up pipes suddenly blew holes in 'em...

do you hear exhast leaking ? i doubt this is your problem.

dont know the rate of failure on 7.3's turbos (pretty low i suspect)

if it were mine, i'd first put it to stock tune, if i replaced anything i'd
replace the icp and then see what the HPOP & fuel pressures were
before replacing anything else.


have you been having a boost issue ? are you running other gauges ?
