Welcome to the forum! Not sure, but are you asking how to pull your front seats out?

Thanks for the reply Shaggy. I worked as a mechanic back in the 70's and have no problem pulling them out. My concern is all the airbag and seat belt "launchers". Is there a danger of things going off or should it be OK to disconnect the 2 batteries? I am looking to add aftermarket heating pads and not looking for any surprises.

    Thanks for any info

Disconnect the batteries and pump the brakes a few times. Some people also touch the battery leads together after they're disconnected. You could also let it sit for a while to make sure all the power is drained first.

Yep. If theres no power it won't discharge. I've pulled quite a few air bags using that procedure and have been ok so far. I'm still careful up to the point the air bag is unplugged though. But I'm not quite to the point of treating it not like bomb squad.

    Thanks again 01yellerCobra.

May give it a go. If you never hear back from me, you'll know what happened. May be a while though as I have ordered the heating pads but they won't be here for a bit.

    Thanks
