Hi. I have an early 04 F250 CCLB (03 motor). K+N intake, FASS fuel system, MBRP/ATS exhaust, Snow performance stage II water/meth, SCT tuning (Innovative Diesel), Banks intercooler, Rancho RX9000 shocks, 2.5" leveling kit in front, 2" add-a-leaf in rear with BFG 285/75/16 rubbers. I tow a 12000 lb fifth wheel camper and at this time I am still running the original turbo, injectors, etc. My only problems have been EGR valves, one FICM, and some early programming issues. I am getting ready to do the head gaskets w/ studs (small coolant loss under load). I just clocked 110000 miles so I am not overly upset considering the weakness of the factory head bolts and the problems of the 03,s.
