Hey what’s going on I just purchased a 2010 F350 which has already been fully deleted. I would like to get a programmer for it as well as flush and fill all fluids. Need advice on the following:
Tuner make/model
Oil and filter brand
Coolant make and type
Any upgrades for truck longevity and reliability, not looking to make power just tow my trailer reliably. Any additional info would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.
