I have a 2008 f250 which I just purchased a few weeks ago. I recently had the truck serviced. A few days after I got it back I was cleaning the cab out and found the cylinder block hole cover on the dash(part number 6c070).

My question is should I be worried after driving around like that for a few days?

It's a rubber plug that goes into the cylinder block inspection hole.

Im going to assume if nothing has happened in the past few days that its fine. Also im guessing this is a casting hole cover but not 100% sure.
