No. Not for trucks built for the US Market. DEF remains and no announced plans to remove. The noise your hearing is tied to enforcement of EPA regulations. Deciding not to enforce is not the same as changing the law that created the rule. So no change pending legislation which is not even being seriously ( AKA not on Facebook) discussed.
