I have a 2003 SD 7.3L Powerstroke, I just rebuild the transmission(4r100) put in shift kit all is good. The problem I am having is that it won't start in the cold .This was the case before the trans job.It would start when it was plugged in. The block heater is working.I replaced the ICP sensor which seemed to help but this morning 10 degrees truck plugged in it wouldn't start.Also the waste gate does not open does anybody have an idea or 2 I can try.The batteries are fully charged. I also replaced the glow plug relay and the intake heater relay but the intake relay does seem to be working.Does the intake heater relay have anything to do with the fuel system or waste gate ????? thanks and Merry Christmas TL
