On the Road Again!!!!

My tranny is in and the V10 cooler is hooked up. My baby is back on the road.
It has been a loooooong month. I've been driving a gasser the past month it is sooooo good to get back to diesel. I think I'll go drive. Don't know where I'm just going to .

Bill, A mechanic friend of mine came over and made a fool out of me. The V10 cooler is about 2 1/2" taller so the tubing needed to be bent down a little to line them up. With a tubing bender and smaller arms he was able to hook up the lines in about 10 min. Next week it's my turn. He has a couple windows he's having trouble with. The only other problem we had with the whole job was overfilling the tranny. It must have come almost filled and of course we never checked. We had just put in 6 quarts when we noticed a leak. I lost about 3 qts of Mobil1 synthetic. Chris at Powerstrokeshop said it happens sometimes. They simply forget to drain it after testing. Oh well .. Note to self. "Check the dipstick stupid"

Mike did the mechanic have to remove the radiator to be able reach down to hook up the cooler and make the necessary bends or did he work from down under?

He reached down from the top. It helpd that he is about 6'4" with skinny arms. My arms are all cut and scratched from trying to work over the ac. There is not enough room from below.
