P0603 Keep Alive Memory KAM?

Has anyone ever seen this code and what is it? P0603 Keep Alive Memory? Any help appreciated. I'm dead in the water right now.

The Keep Alive Memory is the memory that holds the system for the truck and by removing the batteries it disrupts the system. It is recovered upon startup so it is not a big deal.
