Question Part # for oil gallery plug needed

I need either the IH or Ford part number for the big oil gallery plugs that are in the ends of the heads. I think the o-ring has failed on my 97. This is the plug that's about 1 1/2" in diameter, with the 1/2" square pocket for a braker bar. Thanks

I believe the International part number for the updated plugs with the blue seal is 1827535-C94. Joats part number page seems to be down so I can't check it for sure. There is also a 1827535-C91 but I think the 94 is the updated ones. The Ford number I have is 4C3Z-6026-CA but I don't know if that is the updated ones with the blue seal.

Crumm's number are correct. Both IH (1827535-C94) and Fords (4C3Z-6026-CA). The o-ring is a light blue if that means anything. $6.48+tax for o-ring and plug. Thanks for the numbers.


Mike, you should add the Ford # to the OB list.

Thats the old style with the black ring. Change the C91 to C94 for the blue o-ring.
