Power steering hose

A little while back I had to replace my power steering hose after it blew out at the pump end. Well ever since then it has been seeping fluid out the end on the gear box, afraid to tighten it anymore but still seeps.

This was an upgraded napa part that I put in and had no oring on it or anything.
Should there be an oring on it?
