Programming keys with auto enginuity?

Hooked up the AE to the girlfriends 05 f150, found something that i believe you can program the computer chip keys with it. Has anyone done it? Got a key that needs programmed but wasnt sure if thats what it was and didnt want to mess somethin up

I have Autoenginuity and I have never seen how to program a key. I really do NOT think you can do it, but go ahead and prove me wrong. How does the key plug into AE?

From what the the instructions were saying ya did it with the key in the ignition? but not sure
