So im looking at repainting the following parts off my rig: rear bumper step surface, nerf bar step surfaces(OEM Ford), front valence, wheel well plastic inserts, and the plactic peice between the windshield and hood where the wipers are attached. (not sure of the official name of the last two peices?)

I'd like to do it all myself cause i already got raped for the Line-X in the bed.
I'm looking for something like a spray on bedliner though to coat all these surfaces. i dont want something cheap that will chip off in the future. i know that herculiner and Duplicolor make spray on bedliner, but not sure how they stand up over time. I also want the end result after application the have a non-skid surface.

what type of product do you guys think i should do?
any other pieces to spray while im at it?
suggestions? :dunno
