I main radiator just starting leaking @ 96,000 km. Apparently this has been a Ford Super Duty problem since 2008 and Ford doesn't own up to it. The rad shop indicates the system runs with too much pressure and eventually blows the rad. Has anyone else had this problem with a 2011 or newer and has anyone come across a better after market cap for the coolant reservoir. The rad shop suggests loosening the cap about 3/4 of a turn. About an $1800 replacement bill. I called the dealer who never called back so needless to say, I took it to a private shop.
