I really like the idea of the back up cameras but I also prefer the look of factory parts versus aftermarket, so I'm researching the factory radio/gps units that may have came in the later 250s or excursions. anybody here done this or have info on it?
To my knowledge at least with the Super Duty's the earlier truck 2005 and down even in my 04 King Ranch did not have camera/GPS or any other fancy item other than multiple CDs. Earlier truck were 1.8 Din and later are 2.0 Din. Some folks have had success installing 2.0 Din's in there earlier trucks.
If you want to get super fancy they make rear view mirrors with screens for back up cameras. I know it's not a huge screen, but it wouldn't stand out. Misspelling brought to you by Tapatalk
