Response from WWW server

I'm not sure if this is the place for this, but I quite regularly have the server pause, sometimes even lose the connection. I can't figure wether it's the pipe to the net or perhaps the server. In another life I did IT. I have a crappy DSL connection (Alltel monopoly, I'm a Cbeyond partner and can't get my own service!! -mad like a full T ), but have no problems with other sites I frequent.

CPU,whenever I run into various website problems wether it be slow response,lockups,etc I just kick on PingPlotter which is a really helpful tool for both the webmaster and website visitors alike

IF you can post a tracert when this happens it can help us figure out what is going on.

The server does seem to have a bit of a bug where it will be down on average about 30 seconds once per day. We are working on that but other then that it is pretty much normal.
