Question Rpm tire size rear gear

What rpm do you turn at 70mph . I have 01 7.3 cc 4x4 at stock tires 3.7. Gears i am turning 2200 rpm is this normal. What is the overdrive gear

I'm about 2000 rpm with 35's in O/D but if I go any faster I just guzzle down the diesel. Don't know what my gearing is either... lol

I think mine are 33s (285/75R16) I run just under 2000rpm at 70mph. 3.73s in the rear.

right around 2k rpm at 70 mph, stock size tires. Best road mileage seems to be around 68mph or so, just under 2k on the tachometer.

the 7.3 has a "sweet spot" at around 2,200 rpm.. that's a good rpm vs road speed target

Well at 2200 rpm i am gitting 15 to 16 at about 1800 to 2000 around 17 to 18 but thats only 65 mph and 2100 to 2200 is about 70 mph so i am looking to up the mph and lower the rpm
