Help Needed Running lights not turning on

My headlights work and the running lights flash when alarm is set or deactivated, but running lights won't go on any other time. I checked switch by trying another one and still same problem. can't find a burned out fuse. Anyone have a suggestion?

Look again for a burned out fuse. The running lights are fused. I am not familiar with the fuses in the 2000 truck.
