01 f350 have a electrical fault with #2 shift solenoid. Wire from solenoid pack to pcm has good continuity. Checked pcm pin #11 for #2 solenoid and all other pins in the pcm connector and found continuity with pin #31 for brake pressure switch. Question is, should this be or not be. Transmission will not shift to second gear even though pcm calls for shift. Thank You for any help.
