Always been a Chevy man until one week ago. Sold the Silverado and bought an 05 Super Duty PS. The grin hasn't left my face yet. First Ford and first diesel. No going back now!!!

Welcome to the site. I too sold a Chevy to get a PSD. The Silverado is fine for a gasser, but the PowerStroke is the diesel to have for the long haul.

I got rid of my 92 Chevy gasser 2 1/2 years ago for my first Ford and first diesel. I've owned Dodges, and Chevys, but this is the best truck I've owned. Keith

Welcome!

This would get more response in the introduction section, and maybe one of the mods will move it for you.

Few things for you to remember as you visit this site:

If you have issues, ask questions as often as you need. Most likely someone has been there before. (Just don't listen to any of us :roflmao ).

If you are installing mods, check here first, I know some yutz here has done it by trial and error. As for me, no. :innocent.

As far as what is about to happen to you, yes it is an illness. It's called PMS, Powerstroke Modification Syndrome and most of us have it, (some more than others  ) The only cure is more mods lots of friends and plenty of mod-facilitating beverages:

If your married, were sorry :sorry , it's going to be a rough road. Be ready to buy a lot of jewelry or shoes to counter balance.

Here is a partial mod list to help get you started, -popcorn (now, pace yourself you don't want the dreaded mod hernia :nono: ).
