Spare tire Mount

I'm runnin 35's......after a flat on a hunting trip I bought a full size spare setup....now I need to figure out where to carry it....I want to find a way to secure it in the bed, upright in a way that allows me to keep my tailgate and still have some bed space.....any suggestions?....my search so far only comes up with "prerunner" applications that require removing my tailgate (whick I don't want to do) or some cheesey removable/relocate-able non permentant solution.....
