Anyone here have the Kenwood DPX-701? It is supposed to have a built-in G force meter. I like how it looks as well, I think I am going to get one:

Also, what is up with Ford and their sillya$$ 6x8" speaker size whoever thought of that needs to be stoned.

you must be new at this....6x8/5x7 stuff had been around for
YEARS, nothing new or unusual about it.

if you dont like those shapes or sizes it doesnt take much
effort to fit larger speakers in the same area(s)

No I know that the 6X8/5X7 fixs but that is smaller. 6x9 is much more popular and Ford did not use it just to save an inch in one direction. That is lame.

I havent seen a 6x9 slot in any car for 10yrs +...everythings
gotten too small or too THIN to support larger speakers...its
why 5.25 & 6.5 sep's have become increasingly more popular.

if you can break out the tweeter and get it up HIGH where it
can TRAVEL, be aimed, and be heard youre MUCH MUCH better
off then having some dual or tri speaker...
