Question Sticking power door lock

I have a cold weather only problem with my SD. When it is cold, say below 45, the passenger side front door lock will "stick". You can hear the lock solenoid engage and try to push the lock up and you can see it try to move. After the outside, cab or both temp warms up it goes back to working as normal. Been this way since new. Never have a problem in the weather.

Got no clue and neither did the dealership. They could not duplicate the problem, becuasae they kept it overnight in a heated shop, "duh" . At least they did not charge me since the manager realized how silly they sounded.

Anybody got an idea?
