Suspension differences between early and 99.5+ trucks?

Dang typos...how the heck do you correct the title anywho... Back on topics...What are the differences between the early 99's and the 99.5+ trucks? I tried searching but my combination of words never got me anything, something about possibly pitman arms and track bars. I thought it was just the u-bolts holding down the front axle were different?
