I have a 10,000# TT and most of the time I use the Tow/Haul mode when towing it, but I have on occasion taken it out of Tow/Haul mode and it seamed to work better. I am wondering what everyone else feels about this?
Question Tow/Haul mode or not?

I use the Tow/Haul mode when pulling most of the time, my RV is about 16500 and I like it in the hills, but sometimes I turn it off on the flat land. Can't tell much difference in the transmission temps, when I pull with it off.

I only use the tow/haul feature if I am pulling a really heavy load i.e. 30' gooseneck loaded down with round bales, etc. Most lighter loads tend to be handled pretty well without using it. I have used it a few times while hauling cattle with my bumper pull and it stayed in the lower gears a lot longer than I liked. Just my 2 cents.
