I have a 2021 F350. Around 32,000 miles. When rolling up to a stop sign etc., The transmission has downshifted to 1st on the display and just before I stop at walking speed the is an " jolt " that is very noticeable, I can feel it throughout the whole truck.

This does not happen everytime I stop, maybe 3 or 4 times out of 10 when pulling a trailer with the transmission in tow/haul mode. At first I thought is was the trailer but it isn't. I have been hauling a bumper pull utility trailer, a boat trailer, and my 5th wheel, doesn't matter. I have only felt this once with no trailer.

Took it to the Ford dealership, said they reprogrammed the transmission and should be fine now, but it isn't.

Anyone else having this issue?
