At 75,000 miles and 10 years later I need to pull my turbo charger out and replace all the o rings .its leaking at the exhaust back pressure arm. Might as well replace all the seales in it .is there an o ring or seal kit for it? And should i replace any other o rings on top of the motor like the high pressure lines that go to the back of the head

I remember some of the stores online sell a kit that has all the rings for the turbo. With some searching years ago when I need too, this is what if found and used:

Turbo Pedestal O-Rings (between pedestal & block; pedestal & turbo)
(Ford) F4TZ-6N653-A & -B
(International) 1815560C1 Turbo to pedistal O-ring .421 x .560
(International) 1815561C1 Turbo to pedistal O-ring .769 x 908

Fuel drain valve 2 each #202 1/4 ID x1/2 OD x 1/8 W
Pedestal 2 each #205 7/16 ID x 11/16 OD x 1/8 W
2 each #211 13/16 ID x 1 1/16 OD x 1/8 W

I think the rings are viton rings. Hopefully someone will correct me if I am wrong.

I did the fuel drain while I was there.

Thanks I got the complete EBPV pedestal, non EBPV outlet rings and the 12 point bolts that connect to the turbo to the exhaust housing .does any one know what the torque is on the bolts .Diesel O-Rings was the cheapest for the complete set up on the internet .

Well I put in the kit from diesel o-ring. I think every one should use this kit. I feel no difference but the rebuild the pedestal was $100 and for another $130 and not think about it again it was worth it! O YA make certain you get the bolts, because my bolts had to be heated up to get the bolts out. And then I had to re tap the housing with a 1.25 8 mm. don’t try to use the old bolts and don’t put the new ones in until you rethread the housing
