Question Wheel Question

I am wanting a set of 17x9's for my 07 F-250. What offset do I need to run a 35x12.50 that doesn't stick out to much? Also, does it matter if the wheels are hubcentric?

I believe you have to have hubcentric wheels and I cant offer much help on the offset.
