NEW 2000/3500 WATT 12V DC TO 115V AC POWER INVERTER! - eBay (item 290381151347 end time Dec-20-09 11:09:33 PST)

the inverter i got is a little bigger than the one on ebay.it came from an ambulance and was used for the lighting and stuff in the back of the ambulance.there is absolutely nowhere in the cab to put it.only other place i can think of is under the hood, but worried about heat a little.but the only place i think it will fit is where my air filter is.this is going into a 95 f350 crew cab.

under rear seat, raise it a Lil with brackets, and a heat shield about should do the trick, mine is the right now but coming out due to stereo amps going there

I would vote with Big Joe, in a bed box. If it was water tight, you could mount it under the bed. But that is a bad idea if it is not WATER TIGHT. As in sealed type of water tight.
