Help Needed White Smoke as Idle

Well my 7.3 just recently started white smiking once it was warmed up at idle. It doesnt smoke at all whenever it is warming up but once the engine is hot is when it starts smoking. Not really sure where to start.

is it using any coolant?

if fuel consumption higher than normal?

have you checked the fuel filter to see if it was black?
