Are the leads on the pyro probe yellow and red? Switch the wires around on the terminals they are landed on.

You have the gauge wired backwards!!! Reverse the wires on the back of the gauge where the probe is connected.

Update Guys....... 95_Stroker and Dave you hit it right on the head.....
The wiring harness from Dipricol was wired backward. After tracing the thermocople wires back to the factory wired harness, it to was wired backward.
I then reversed the wires and a super big grin:D appeared on my face. The pyro guage is working like it should. Thanks guys for all your help It really means alot to me that you are there to help out.....

P.S. sometimes it's not plug and play....

Orion, That is the insignia of the 25th Infantry Division base in Honolulu Hawaii.
I was with that division in Viet Nam.
