recently purchased Auto Enginuity and was under the impression you could do a CCT(CYLINDER CONTRBUTION TEST) on 6.0L trucks. i can do a power balance test, but no CCT test....

I have never found this. I have the AE unit also. I did the balance test but no CCT.

figured it out...right click on options and choose actuation. will come at bottom part of screen and then you can disable 1 injector at a time.
depending if you have newer version of AE, it might not be avaiable on older version. should beable to update software....

The balance test is the same as the cct. the other test is a cylinder cutout test.
these are both useful test when a injector problem is suspected.

You need the newer "ProLine" connector to do the "Power Balance" test. You can send your older one back for an updated connector for a fee.

just purchased AE last week. it does have the new connector....
