i have a stock 2002 F350 with a 2 1/2 inch leveling kit. Do they have the same bolt pattern?

same bolt pattern but you will need 2 inch hubcentric(not lugcentric) spacers per wheel. Factory 05 and up wheels have 1 7/8 more back spacing. They will hit your leafs in the front.
