I just put the OEM fog lights on my XLT F250 - but, I need to hook it up to the upfitter switches. Do any of you guys know what gage wire I need for the harness, and which switch do I use - the 10 amp or 30 amp? Help will be appreciated

You should use 12-14 awg for the harness and the 30a switch on the upfitters. That would be the right thing to do. Good luck and keep trucking.
