That's a late model bolt in style CD6,you'll need the model that uses the DIN tools(below). There is wiring changes made with the stereos from 2004 to 07 I believe.

I'm sure the bolt in could be done with some dash chassis modification,just have to make sure the wire harness pinout is the same for your year rig.

nope dont think so....my 04 (cd6) went right in to a 2000 model year truck...
gave it to a friend who had only cassette tape in his...it worked perfectly !

in fact the cd6 from my 04 truck was demo'd in two other trucks a 99
and an 03 excursion before the guy w/ the 2000 decided he would
make better use of it.

on edit.... i gave mine away cause they basically are so plentiful they have
no REAL value....i would say go to ANY car audio shop...theyll have DOZENS
of every ford/gm/chrysler etc radio sitting on the shelf....
