X Codes Installed...disappointing at best

got my new springs installed today. My ride height did not change one little bit.

Most say they get 1-2" of lift when they install x codes. I did not expect as much because I did have helper springs installed to begin with but my before and after measurement of 40" from ground to fender stayed the same.

I was hoping the truck would have leveled off a little but...oh well.

The biggest pain was my plow mount. It took four hours just to get to the front spring bolts.

I put in X Code springs and they sagged after about a year. If you want to lift your truck, and that is what you will be doing, get a well engineered spring lift kit. Rancho comes to mind, but I have no experience with them in trucks. This "leveling kits" are garbage. I found out the hard way.

The lift was just going to be an added bonus. One which I really wanted to happen though. My snowplow is the reason for the x-codes. The stock springs were starting to sag and I had a broken helper spring.
