zerex anti freeze Z-05

What is the deal with no one carrying this stuff? I have been to every auto parts place in huntsville , actually my wife has and no one has it. they all want to sell you prestone and an additive
i dont want to break down and go see the ford dealer,
speaking of dealers, what is the deal with the ATF fluid for this torque shift??? no body has it either.
ANd i am needing some, magically i am down a quart i think girl is going in for a " where did the fluid go" trip

Just buy a gallon of the anti freeze and a quart of the ATF SP and be done with it. You can drive to every auto store from Mass to Calif and you won't find it.

isnt that weird
the tq shift has been out for 3 years and no body has the fluid.

i have ajug of prestone that states it meet all expectations but i am to chicken to put it in.

installing the coolant filter tomorrow and may need to make up a few drips.
and find the missing atf
she started shifting funny,
rolling to a stop if you press the go pedal before a complete stop it will pause and spin up then the tranny re-engages
plus it shifts odd in stop and go traffic

You know I tried locating the Zerex around town and no one had it at all.

I stopped by Able Truck here in Plano and they said nope you're not gonna find it,what they now sell for the Powerstrokes with Gold coolant is "Peak Global Lifetime Antifreeze & Coolant" which meets Ford Specification WSS-M97B51-A1 in 7.3L & 6.0L PowerStroke engines.
Just took a shot of a gallon I have in the garage.

I found the Zerex G-05 at Pep Boys tonight.
Anaheim Hills, So Cal
They had plenty.
Maybe more of there stores have it. I hope so.

The NAPA stores around here have the anti-freeze.

they replied that NAPA could order it for me.
I kninda needed it now, so my wife got some global.
used almost all of it sat morning
