    I need a passenger side fender or someone who can repair one reasonably well. i jack knifed my truck and trailer. Old bed is going to be matching trailer. I'd like to find an old dually axle also just for a trailer so differential doesn't need to be good.

    your harbor freight o-ring:( will need to be replaced with and o-ring rated for oil/pressure of our trucks. got to Replacement O-rings for Ford Diesel Engines for the right one!:sweet

    HPOP leak i replaced all the seals in HPOP and Fuel system with kits and instructions from : Replacement O-rings for Ford Diesel Engines and solved half the problem - found the ICP sensor had a crack in it and was leaking also. ;tu;tu

    Thanks for this post - this is what is happening to mine right now. Time to install the new LPOP and do the needle bearings if I have'nt damaged the rest like you list. I have kept two spare hubs around.

    Pump shot???????? If you were still running and just losing oil - ( i lost 2 gallons every 25 miles when my seals went out) you just need a re-seal. check out dieselsite.com for a complete kit.:sweet

    Help Needed Running lights not turning on

    My headlights work and the running lights flash when alarm is set or deactivated, but running lights won't go on any other time. I checked switch by trying another one and still same problem. can't find a burned out fuse. Anyone have a suggestion?:dunno

    A few years ago I was re-imbursed for the CPS that I purchased from IH by ford after stopping by the dealer with my paperwork. they sent me another letter so I'll go see if I can get another one!

    I had the same problem and it was two injectors completely worn out (185,000 miles) and three with worn o rings. I replaced them all for $1600 with the Stage II dragon fly's from Industrial Injection. starts in a flash now!

    I use this one. Itworks perfect anfd gives you two settings for the chance that you have two sets of tires (snow/mudders). I have seen several others that were cheaper. I think in Summit racings catalog has a 'Jet' brand, not sure though. Just keep googling it in different ways. i just googled...

    replacing the stock TC with one for a 6.0 will double the cooling capacity. I found one (new) on ebay for under $100. Using a synthetic like Scheafers can help also. :cowboy:

    excessive oil consumption HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

    Cold???? Yeah I changed my injectors out yesterday in 5.5 hours (in jeans and a t-shirt, sweating my B--- off) 74 degrees!:tounge i pulled the engine out of a Willys though in 10 below weather in a unheated garage in MN so I know what it's like, funny - I don't really miss that !!!:cool:
