Anybody in Louisiana

I need a little insight here guys. I got a new job with a construction company based out of Baton Rouge and was doing a little research in getting my truck tagged in LA when I move down. Is there any possible way to get a inspection sticker with %5 tint all the way around and no cat among other things? I will more than likely be living in East Baton Rouge Parish and from what I have read they have more stringent inspection guidelines. I don't have any emissions inspections here in south Alabama so I dont' really know what I can get away with if anything. Any help is greatly appreciated.

we used to live in bama, I would keep it tagged there is at all possible

here in texas we live in cow country so inspections and the like are very different, than in dallas or large cities

This site, Motor Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance Program, should provide some helpful information. I was born in Monroe and lived in northern Louisiana (Winn Parish) until I came to Texas via employment in 1982, but still go back a good bit as I still have family and property there.
