Help Needed Blew turbo had truck won't start

Two weeks ago i blew my intake side of the turbo and the truck quit running. had the turo rebuilt and reinstalled the turbo truck still wont start. checked cam sensor,and fuses. I have oil pressure and the fuel pump is running but i still dont have anything truck isn't getting any fuel. Its like the signal isn't getting to the injectors. have a suggestions

did you have the inercooler cleaned?

check to make sure that the ICP is connected and if you have a scan tool check the oil pressure that the PCM is receiving.
